"In one of the strangest sequences I have ever seen, Linda's cigarette seems to be alternately lit and unlit during a variety of poses and camera angles. She asks for a cigarette and accepts a light. Then, as the scene unfolds, the cigarette appears lit part of the time, and unlit the rest of the time. When she dangles after being lit up, the cigarette appears to be unlit. Very strange editing. She does manage a couple of half-hearted exhales during this sequence, but looks more like an ex-smoker who's trying to pretend that she's actually smoking."
