| Secretary (2002) | Maggie Gyllenhaal "A half hour or so in, I was thinking 'No way is she gonna smoke in this movie,' as her character is a rather prim and repressed young women. But right after she embarks on an S/M relationship with her boss, we see her lying on her back in bed, reading Cosmo, cigarette in hand. She takes a long, luxurious drag, inhales deeply, and exhales toward the camera with impish pleasure. Then she puts the cigarette in an ashtray and masturbates. :-) Unfortunately, she never smokes again, but that one brief scene is terrific."
