| Peau douce, La (1964) | aka The Soft Skin. Françoise Dorléac, Nelly Benedetti, ND "Dorleac smokes in 4 frustrating scenes, mostly at restaurant tables. In two she merely holds. A third scene starts too late and ends too early, beginning with freshly exhaled smoke in the air in front of her and ending while shes in mid-drag, with some lovely holding in between. In the fourth she lights up outdoors, but again the scene cuts away before she completes it. She looks incredible though not quite as beautiful as her sister Catherine Deneuve, but then who is? Benedetti holds briefly."
