About 20 minutes in, she opens her mouth wide to send the smoke deep, her tongue comes forward across her lips as she inhales, and a glorious talk-exhale follows, initially from her mouth and then from her nostrils. A later scene depicts two drags and another talk-exhale, before she lights a fresh cigarette from the butt of her old one and drops the dog-end into a coffee cup."
