In another scene she drags 5 times, but she's not very close to the camera. We can see her exhales, all pretty much the same. She does hold the smoke in her mouth for at least 3 or 4 seconds prior to blowing it out. It doesn't look inhaled, but it's hard to tell, she is too far away from the camera to really see."
