Elsa is spotted at first clasping a pack of cigarettes, then holding, then dragging on a balcony, smoking in her negligee, drooping prior to lighting up, and lighting up in her bra and panties. Cyd drags in a couple of scenes, but it is unconvincing. In what appears to be product placement, Alexandra takes a cigarette from a soft pack, but returns a pack of Rothmans to her bag. Tracy, Maggie and Penny have brief smoking scenes."
