Then she takes a drag, inhales very deeply, and starts talking. In one of the best movie exhales I've seen, the smoke starts coming out as she is talking, but not in short bursts. It is a nice steady flow. After that she takes one more drag and makes a quick and voluminous exhale through the side of her mouth..."
