"There are a few scenes of her holding, but there is one scene of note where she has a gorgeous exhale. In this scene you don't see the inhale, you only see the exhale of a very large lung-full of smoke. It's obvious the smoke had been deep in her lungs from the quantity and length of the smoke exhaled. As she exhaled, and just after the exhale, she had a very contented smile on her face. This was one of the finest full lung exhales I've ever seen from a beautiful woman."
