"Jami is seen smoking throughout most of the film, but only has a few noticeable exhales. Toward the beginning, the girl who plays young Gilda is seen smoking with a holder, and her two friends, also young girls, are seen with holders in that scene as well, even though only young Gilda takes a drag. Great lighting, but barely visible smoke exhaled by the girl."
"In the film, Jami Gertz smoked several cigarettes and looked great smoking them. There were a couple of shots that really stood out. In them, Jami took a very deep drag on her cigarette and then, after a couple of seconds, exhaled the cigarette smoke that had just been deep in her lungs. It was a wonderful exhale and it was aimed right at the camera. She did almost the same thing in another scene."
