| First Beautiful Thing, The (2010) | aka La prima cosa bella. Micaela Ramazzotti, Claudia Pandolfi, Alessia Innocenti "Ramazzotti smokes at least briefly in six different scenes. She's sexy, but the smoking itself is just so-so. Pandolfi takes a lit cigarette from another character and smokes it to completion in one particularly stressful scene towards the end of the film. An actress playing an aristocratic character - the film's credits suggest it's Innocenti ('Contessa Paoletti') - is rather alluring in one medium-length scene with Ramazzotti in which they are both primarily holding. There's also a small amount of smoking and/or holding by largely uncredited female extras in various crowd scenes."
