"Politoff stars in the film and has a few smoking scenes, including one lying on a couch that features several snap inhales and long, slow, thoughtful exhales as she listens to someone speaking to her. Bardot (Brigitte's sister, incidentally) and Morice have one shared scene where each gets to show some closeup drags and exhales, including talking and nostril exhales. All done in a 1960s, matter-of-fact French way, where everyone smoked and nobody thought twice about it. Good stuff!"
