"only smokes in one scene... early in the film... In one of the scenes in which the kids are sitting around tables in a beach house, drinking whatever and listening to live surf music being performed on stage, Meredith is sitting in a table, wearing a bright red dress that really stands out from the beach attire worn by the other kids. She takes one drag from a cigarette, and exhales pretty well. It's a medium shot, but at least she's sitting in the middle of the table and is impossible to miss."
