"A video trade magazine has a full page ad for a new film entitled Angel of Death. One of the accompanying images shows Zoe Bell holding while exhaling from a cigarette. I don't know if this picture of her is actually a still from the movie, or a posed publicity shot. According to the ad, the film premieres on the Spike network on 7/25/09 before appearing on DVD a few days later."
