One of the accompanying images shows Zoe Bell holding while exhaling from a cigarette. I don't know if this picture of her is actually a still from the movie, or a posed publicity shot. According to the ad, the film premieres on the Spike network on 7/25/09 before appearing on DVD a few days later." "I only saw the first hour and a half of this movie, but I did not see Bell smoking. Instead it was Vail Bloom who smoked two cigarettes with a fake inhales on several drags and two light-ups."
