"Two series and 32 smoke-filled episodes (I think all the women smoke at one time or another). Daniela has real attitude, smoking in all but 3 episodes. Dialogue: "I'm going to smoke myself to death", "Breakfast? I'm having it now" [as she drags], "What else am I going to breathe?" [when critised for smoking], "I'm gagging" [for a cigarette]. She usually smokes standard Silk Cut, but tries the extra low tar version on a couple of occasions, pulling a face, inspecting the tar/nicotine delivery indicated on the packet, and then tearing off the filter for a proper drag. In another episode she consigns the Ultras to the bin in disgust. Natasha is first glimpsed smoking an all-white; if you're really observant, you'll spot a talk-exhale and smoke pouring from her nostrils. She drags a few times in other episodes too. Juliet inhales and exhales in various scenes. Claire holds, rather than smokes, but there's a drag in there somewhere.
