"In my view, Spears takes a long cheek hollowing drag, and then consciously
tries to NOT inhale, and her exhale is thus trying to look normal--that's
what the 'smoke flow slowly out of her mouth' is about, trying to simulate
a real exhale. BUT after that first 'flow slowly' is a bit of exhaled smoke
that was inhaled. The whole puff/exhale was a study in this poor girl
trying to show that she did NOT smoke, but I'd say that she goofed."
